Public park in Old GRA named after the minority-rights activist Isaac Adaka Boro, with a statue and monuments in his honour. It is a shaded green space for walks and picnics and hosts civic events such as Armed Forces Remembrance Day and NYSC parades. Go during the day and bring your own water and snacks. The UK FCDO currently advises against all but essential travel to Rivers State, so check current travel advisories before you go.
