Can I give my customers a discount through Discover Naija?

Yes, on every plan including Basic. You get your own customer link (for example discovernaija.com/r/YOURNAME-7K2). Put it in your WhatsApp status or Instagram bio. When your offer is switched on, customers who open your link can claim a code like DN-7K2QM, and you see every code, name and number in your private dashboard. Mark a code as used when you give the discount so it can't be used twice.

What do I get for inviting other businesses?

Every business that joins with your invite link and is approved earns you 1 free month of Featured (or an extra month of Spotlight if you're already on it). There's no limit. Your dashboard shows who joined through you and how many free months you've earned.

Is the free listing really free?

Yes. Basic listings are free with no time limit. Travellers see your description, location, photo and all your contact buttons.

What is a "contact tap"?

Every time a traveller taps WhatsApp, Call, Book, Website, Directions or Email on your listing, we count it. Featured and Spotlight businesses get a monthly report of views and taps.

What does "Verified" mean?

We personally check your business before the blue ✓ appears. For restaurants, tours and venues that's a WhatsApp or phone check. For stays it's a video walkthrough of the place, plus confirming your Airbnb or Booking.com listing is yours and that power, security and fuel charges match what you told us. Paying for a plan never gives you the badge on its own: only the check does.

Can I list my Airbnb or shortlet?

Yes. Choose "Hotels & Short Stays" and add your price per night, bedrooms, power and fuel details, plus your Airbnb and Booking.com links. Travellers can read your reviews there and book safely. Just don't put your WhatsApp or our link inside your Airbnb listing, because Airbnb doesn't allow it.

Why only 3 Spotlight spots?

So Spotlight stays valuable. Each category in each city has at most 3 Spotlight businesses at a time.

What happens when my plan ends?

Your listing simply goes back to Basic. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again whenever you like.
