National Museum of Unity, Enugu

A national museum run by the National Commission for Museums and Monuments, set up in 1972 after the Civil War to promote national unity. Its galleries cover shared Nigerian cultural beliefs, Igbo political and social life, and Enugu's coal-mining history. Allow an hour or two; there is an entry fee.
